Entry 1

Our entry course is for those who have very basic reading and speaking skills, but can have a simple conversation and understand simple instructions.
This first course will support them with basic level literacy and Numeracy skills. Topics include understanding phonics, basic spelling, and understanding the different types of text they will come across in day to day situations.
Entry 2

Designed for those who no longer basic learners, this course will work at learners taking a mire practice step in their speaking, comprehension and writing.
This level aims to cover core literacy and Numeracy topics. It will build learners into taking that next step to push themselves further to be able to write simple text using basic grammar skills e.g tenses and word order, and look at information from different text types to answer questions.

This course works on more advanced reading and writing skills. Learners cover Year 6 primary level learning, f
Learners will cover Literacy and Numeracy skills at a higher level. They will be able to read detailed texts and find answers to demonstrate their comprehension skills. They will be able to write meaningful content like emails and short reports using conjunctions, adjectives, paragraphs with a suitable level of spelling, punctuation and grammar skills.
